01 Acceptance of Terms

04 Account Security

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jljlj from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
